Leif has a background as an in-house counsel and general counsel for several major corporations in Sweden, UK and US. Leif has spent the lion part of his career working in an international environment with clients having customers throughout the world and providing advice in a wide range of matters e.g. M&A, Join Ventures, Financing, Regulatory matters, IPR, Tech and R/D agreements. Leif has also worked with all types of commercial agreements like sales, distribution and sourcing agreements, cooperation agreements and licensing agreements. Extensive experience from supporting R&D organization and life science and tech companies in Sweden and internationally.
