LegalWorks appoints Acacia Göransson as Head of Legal

Legal Works Nordic AB has appointed Acacia Göransson as Head of Legal, a strategic hire that reinforces the company’s growth journey and ambition to scale its business-focused legal offering, including both advisory and interim services.

Acacia brings more than 20 years of experience from leading international law firms and global corporations. She began her career at Vinge and Ashurst before moving into senior in-house roles at VisitSweden and Telenor. Most recently, she served as Regional Legal Lead Nordics at Avanade, with overall responsibility for the legal function across the region.

With expertise in complex commercial agreements, competition law, and strategic  advisory work in the IT and Telecom industry, Acacia brings a strong track record of enabling business growth while managing legal risk in fast-moving, international environments.
