Carl has been active in the legal profession since 1990, with extensive experience from leading law firms. He has served as a member of the Planning Council of the City of Gothenburg for more than twenty years. His practice focuses on advising landowners, developers, and entrepreneurs on complex real estate matters, including property acquisitions, negotiation and drafting of construction agreements, securing development rights, planning and other land-use entitlements, as well as building permits. He also provides counsel on lease agreements and other commercial tenancy issues. In addition, Carl advises clients on corporate matters, including transactions and mergers and acquisitions.
