Jonas is responsible for LegalWorks' corporate and M&A practice. Jonas advises both Swedish and international clients in M&A transactions, corporate law matters, capital markets law and various corporate financeing transactions. Jonas also regularly assists both public and private companies, including start-ups, scale-ups and larger corporates, in the establishment and management of equity incentive programs.
