Ulf has a background in law firms and as head of the legal team of GE Healthcare in Sweden (formerly Pharmacia Biotech). Advisor to clients in corporate matters, like financing, incentive programs, corporate transactions and M&A. Ulf is an experienced contractual lawyer working with all types of commercial agreements like sales, distribution and sourcing agreements, research agreements, cooperation agreements, licensing agreements and IP-related agreements. Extensive experience from supporting R&D organization and life science and tech companies in Sweden and internationally.
