I have a long track record of drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including SaaS, supply, maintenance, outsourcing and licensing contracts. My work spans both smaller companies and multinational groups, where I support legal and business teams as well as senior management. Alongside my contract work, I assist clients with compliance relating to GDPR, the Data Act and NIS2, and am acting as Data Protection Officer. I aim to take a practical and solution-oriented approach, helping to translate legal requirements into clear and workable guidance for the organization.
