LegalWorks strengthens legal AI Advisory with Robert Kuter
Former head of Ericsson's global legal operations function joins LegalWorks to drive AI-powered legal transformation
Legal Works Nordic AB, a leading Swedish provider of flexible legal services, today announces that Robert Kuter has joined as Senior Advisor with a focus on Legal AI and Legal Operations. Robert brings more than 20 years of in-house legal experience, most notably in leading Ericsson's global legal operations function.
The appointment is a key part of LegalWorks strategic investment in Legal AI — both in advising clients on how to design and implement AI-powered legal processes, and in advancing LegalWorks own AI capabilities.
Robert Kuter is a commercial lawyer admitted in England & Wales, Victoria and Queensland, with deep expertise in technology and telecom contracting, M&A, finance, corporate governance and legal operations. At Ericsson he built and led the global legal operations function and worked on the practical use of AI and automation in legal workflows across a complex multinational organisation. He holds a Master of Laws from Stockholm University and dual bachelor's degrees in law and economics from the University of Queensland, Australia.
Robert advises legal teams on practical AIadoption, process design and legal infrastructure.
